# 관리자 기능 이용

1. 각 **에이전트별, 직원별, 부서별** 사용량은 **\[관리자]-\[이용통계]** 메뉴에서 확인하실 수 있어요. **이용 기간을 선택**하시면 **해당 기간 통계**만 보실 수도 있고, 회사에서 직접 사용량을 제대로 분석하기 위한 목적으로 **사용량 데이터 전체를 엑셀 파일로 다운로드** 하실 수도 있어요. **실시간 사용액**이 궁금하실 때는 이용 기간을 **\[이번 결제]** 로 골라 확인하시면 됩니다.

비용·토큰·호출 수의 **추이와 분포**는 **\[관리자]-\[이용 현황]** 대시보드에서 한눈에 보실 수 있어요. 이 화면은 **실시간이 아니라 어제까지 집계된 값** 기준이고, 화면에도 그렇게 안내돼 있습니다.

2. **이용 토큰수**와 **이용 요금** 항목 우측에 있는 **ⓘ 모양**에 마우스를 가져다 대시면 아래와 같이 **사용 AI 모델별 입/출력 토큰수**, **이미지 생성 횟수**, **실시간 검색 이용 횟수** 등과 이에 따른 **과금 내역**을 확인하실 수도 있답니다.

3. **\[관리자]-\[결제 관리]** 메뉴에서는 **이달 결제 예정 요금**과 **결제 내역**을 확인하실 수 있어요. **적립금 충전하기**로 직접 충전할 수 있고, 카드를 등록하지 않으셨으면 **카드 등록**, 이미 등록하셨으면 **카드 변경**으로 결제 수단을 바꾸실 수 있습니다.

결제 관리에 보이는 금액은 **VAT(부가가치세) 포함**이에요. **부가세 별도** 기준인 **요금 한도**와 직접 비교하시면 안 됩니다. 또 **이달 결제 예정 요금 카드를 누르면** 청구 근거가 **어제까지 확정된 요금**과 **오늘 예상 요금**으로 나뉘어 펼쳐집니다.

4. 마지막으로 직원들을 서로 다른 **워크스페이스에 소속시키고 그 분들이 각기 서로 다른 에이전트**를 운영할 수 있도록 하려면 **\[관리자]-\[워크스페이스 관리]** 메뉴에서 **우측 '워크스페이스 추가' 버튼**을 눌러 **신규 워크스페이스**를 만들어 주세요.\

   **\[사용자 관리]** 메뉴에서 **일부 사용자들의 소속을 새로 만든 워크스페이스**로 옮겨주고, **\[에이전트 관리]**&#xC5D0;서 **왼쪽 드랍다운 버튼**을 눌러 **새로 만든 워크스페이스를 선택**하시면 **워크스페이스마다 서로 독립적인 에이전트 세팅**을 갖도록 할 수 있습니다.

워크스페이스 관리의 **서비스 이용**을 **OFF** 로 끄시면 해당 워크스페이스 **구성원 전원**의 이용이 중단돼요. **최고관리자 본인이 속한 워크스페이스**를 끄면 **본인 접속까지 차단**되니 주의해 주세요. 다시 **ON** 하면 과거 대화 내역은 그대로 복원됩니다.

단, [**조직도를 연동**](https://docs.wrks.ai/admin-guide/integrations/org-integration)해 사용하고 있거나 사용할 예정인 경우, **조직도**는 **하나의 워크스페이스에만 연동 가능**하므로 기본 워크스페이스 외에 새로운 워크스페이스를 **만들지 않으시기를 권장**드립니다.

워크스페이스는 조직도와는 별개로 사내 일부 인원들만을 위한 T/F 팀 같은 것을 구성해 줄 때 필요한 기능으로, 그들만의 에이전트 세팅과 별도 요금 한도 체계, 허용 AI 모델 정책을 따로 가질 수 있습니다.
